Much-overdue limerick for [info]hatofhornigold
There was a young pirate with guile
Who captured St. Thomas's isle
Disguised as a tourist;
And sang them a chorus, t-
o finish her voyage in style.

Aaaaaaaah! I can't believe I missed this! I've been offline, as I'm on a new ship with no internet (but I do have my own cushy bunk in the aft cabin). Here is your belated limerick:

There once was a small buffalo,
Who traveled, so high and so low,
Singing songs of the sea,
(For she loved a chan-tey)
And writing just like an old pro.
